The firm operates at the intersection of three private functions — the holding and stewardship of proprietary interests, the development of new technology ventures, and selective strategic advisory — within a single, privately held platform. Engagements are entered with discretion, in enduring relationships with founders, universities, and institutions. The firm has no external clients in the regulated sense; advisory work is undertaken on a non-discretionary basis with institutional counterparties, and stewardship activities are conducted on a proprietary basis.
